Position: Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Finance, Procurement & Inventory)
Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid

About the role: We are looking for experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP rollouts with expertise across Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules. This is a client-facing, in-person role based in Chennai, with the expectation to drive successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
- Work hands-on with Finance, Procurement, and Inventory modules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and business stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders and implementation teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management throughout project lifecycle
- Prepare for and support post-implementation phases, including the upcoming EPM rollout beyond the initial 8-month scope
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager
- Strong functional knowledge of Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules
- Demonstrated success in at least two full-cycle Fusion ERP implementations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite in Chennai and engage with cross-functional teams
- PMP / Prince2 or Oracle Project Management certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
