Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, providing functional expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing procurement processes. This role requires deep knowledge of Procurement Cloud, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Purchasing to support business requirements and drive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, including Procurement Cloud, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Purchasing.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide functional expertise.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, define business processes, and recommend Oracle best practices.
- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement, including integrations with other Fusion modules (AP, Inventory, etc.).
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows (RICEW).
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, assessing the impact on procurement processes.
- Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Procurement Functional Consultant, with at least 4 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement Cloud, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Purchasing.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and personalization.
- Hands-on experience with approvals, workflows, and procurement contracts in Oracle Fusion.
- Familiarity with OTBI/BIP reports, integrations (OIC), and Oracle ERP security roles. (Added Advantage)
- Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and S2P (Source-to-Pay) business processes.
- Ability to write functional specifications for technical teams (RICEW objects).
- Experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
