Position: Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Employment Type: Full Time

About The Role

We Are Seeking A Highly Skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement Functional Consultant with Deep Hands-On Experience In Procurement And Related Modules, Including Self-Service Procurement And PLM Exposure.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Proficient In End-To-End Procurement Processes With A Strong Focus On Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Capabilities And Product Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Full Lifecycle Implementations And Optimizations Of Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Including Self-Service Procurement (With Redwood Ui Enhancements) And Purchasing Modules.
  • Manage New Product Introduction, Item Structure, Change Order Management, BOM Maintenance, Implosion, And Explosion As Part Of PLM Activities.
  • Configure Sourcing, Supplier Management, And Assignment Sets To Streamline Supplier Collaboration And Procurement Efficiency.
  • Administer Inventory Min-Max Planning And Receiving Processes In Coordination With Procurement Activities.
  • Develop And Maintain Otbi Reports For Procurement, Inventory, And PLM Metrics.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Including Finance, Supply Chain Planning, And Product Management To Ensure Seamless Integration And Process Alignment.
  • Analyze Business Requirements, Perform Functional Design, Conduct Testing, And Provide End-User Training And Post-Implementation Support.
  • Troubleshoot Functional Issues, Optimize Configurations, And Implement Best Practices In Procurement And PLM Workflows.
  • Stay Updated With Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Releases, Patches, And New Features To Recommend Enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, It, or Related Field.
  • Minimum 7 Years of Hands-on Experience In Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement Modules With Self-Service Procurement Experience (Redwood Ui Is A Plus).
  • Strong Functional Understanding of PLM Processes Including Item Management, Change Orders, BOM Management In Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proven Expertise In Purchasing Processes Including Blanket Purchase Orders, Standard Purchase Orders, Sourcing, And Supplier Management.
  • Familiarity With Inventory Planning And Receiving Modules Appropriate To Procurement Cycles.
