Job Description-
Over all 4+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.
Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT,UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc
Involved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll
Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules
Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.
Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing
Key Skills (at Least Two Implementation Experience)
