JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues
  • Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support
  • Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

Job Description-

  • Over all 4+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.
  • Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT,UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc
  • Involved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll
  • Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules
  • Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.
  • Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing
