Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional specializing in UK Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in payroll processes, HMRC compliance, and end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations, with a proven ability to deliver solutions in client-facing consulting roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support UK Payroll techno-functional advisory and consulting engagements.
- Drive at least 23 full-cycle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, including a minimum of 2 UK Payroll end-to-end deployments.
- Conduct business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design for payroll runs, retro pay, and related processes.
- Develop and optimize fast formulae to meet complex payroll requirements.
- Facilitate client workshops for requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with UK HMRC regulations and payroll standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in UK Payroll techno-functional roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll business processes and HMRC compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in fast formula writing, payroll solution design, and retro pay.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client interactions and deliver consulting engagements effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Payroll certification (added advantage).
