Oracle Fusion Hcm Techno Functional Consultant

Key responsibilities(please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
• Configure workforce structures, employment models, and workflows. Implement Redwood UI and build extensions/custom pages using VBCS.
• Ensure compliance with Data Masking & Security standards.
• Work on Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, HDL & HSDL. Support OTBI reports, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and post-go-live. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.

• Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management & documentation abilities.
