Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, enhancements, integrations, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, working closely with HR business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules with focus on ORC and Talent Management.
- Gather requirements, configure system, and prepare functional design documents.
- Configure recruiting workflows, performance, goals, and succession processes.
- Develop reports, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, and support data loads (HDL).
- Work on integrations using APIs/OIC and support testing cycles.
- Provide production support, enhancements, and quarterly patch validation.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 79 years of overall experience with minimum 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Experience in Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Review)
- Good knowledge of HCM Data Model and Security
- Hands-on experience with BI Reports, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas
- Experience with integrations (OIC, APIs, file-based integrations)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in additional HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Learning)
- Exposure to global HR processes and compliance requirements
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in client-facing roles
