Job Description::We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Payroll Integrations, BIP, OTBI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Technical Development using OIC, PaaS and BIP.
Should have worked on HCM modules of Benefits, OTL, Payroll, Core HRwith adequate functional knowledge.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and external partners to ensure HCM activities are effectively supported.
Responsibilities:
- Major contribution to Technical support alogn with estimations,design and development of enhancements in HCM modules.
- Provide best practices system-level recommendations, guidance, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify future-state needs and align them with Oracle Integration Cloud, BIP and OTBI
- Have experience in Fusion HCM essentials like OTBI Reports, Approvals, Reports, Fast Formula, Security Rules, Workflow Personalization
- Worked on HDL & HCM extracts
- Create Estimates, prototypes, approach documents, and quick reference guides to ensure alignment with client requirements and current-state business processes.
- Coordinate pre-development and post-development review sessions with development team, carriers, and clients.
- Prepare technical specifications for interfaces with external systems.
- Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and create integrated UAT test plans across multiple modules.
- Proficient in usage of atleast one Tracking / DevOps tools like Service Now / JIRA / ADO
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- About 4+years of experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Technical developer
- Strong functional experience and expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Willingness to participate in workshops, documenting requirements, and validating current-state processes.
