Role & responsibilities

An HCM Cloud professional with 6+ years of experience in writing Fast Formulas.

The candidate should have expertise in developing Fast formulas in Payroll, Absence,

OTL,Benefits, Time & Labour Modules.

Good Techno-functional skills in the various HCM Modules.

Should possess Technical skills in developing Integrations using HCM Extract & BIP.

Proficient in writing complex conditional logic and calculations.

Experience working in Oracle HCM implementations or support projects.

Design and implement Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

Payroll Calculation Rules

Absence Accruals and Plans

Benefits Eligibility

Compensation Rules

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing formulas.

Utilize Formula Results, Formula Messages, and Formula Logging for debugging and audit

tracing.

Use database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values effectively in formula logic.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams during system implementations.
