Oracle Fusion HCM - Solution Architect

Job Summary

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, features, and configuration options. Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices, particularly in the context of global organizations.
• Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions that address client needs, encompassing modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning Management, and more.
• Lead solution design workshops, gather functional and technical requirements, and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Create detailed architecture and technical documentation, including system designs, integration strategies, data migration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices, capabilities, limitations, and potential workarounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Guide clients through system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases, addressing any issues and ensuring smooth transitions. Stay up to date with industry trends, Oracle HCM Cloud updates, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your expertise and provide innovative solutions.
