Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM tools
  • Work extensively with Fast Formula, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud HCM OTBI/OBIEE
  • Design and manage HCM Extracts and perform data loads using HCM Data Loader
  • Utilize HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader for efficient data maintenance
  • Develop and support Benefits-related configurations using PL/SQL and SQL
  • Create and manage reports and templates using Oracle XML Publisher
  • Support Core HR functions within Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Ensure accurate data integration between HR systems and Sales & Operations Planning processes
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective resolutions with high attention to detail
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project priorities
