Role: Oracle Fusion HCM – Payroll & Benefits, Technical Data Conversion Consultant

Location: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune

Experience: 5+ years (with minimum 3 years in Oracle Cloud)

Key Focus Areas:

• Payroll and Benefits data conversion in Oracle Fusion HCM
• End-to-end implementation experience across multiple projects
• Strong hands-on expertise in HDL / HSDL / Spreadsheet Data Loader
• Payroll elements, balances, tax cards, and mid-year conversion exposure
• PL/SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformation
• Working knowledge of Fast Formula and BI Publisher reports

What we are looking for:

• Professionals who have actively driven data migration strategies and execution
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, particularly in global environments (US/UK exposure is an advantage)
• Ability to collaborate with functional teams and independently manage conversion tracks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
