Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops.
  • Configure and implement HCM modules based on business needs.
  • Prepare functional documentation aligned with AIM/OUM methodologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and Fast Formula development.
  • Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Provide client presentations and stakeholder updates.
  • Work in a billable consulting environment and manage delivery expectations.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / E-Business HCM modules.
  • At least 4 end-to-end implementations as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Core HR
    • Absence Management
    • Employee Self-Service (ESS)
    • Manager Self-Service (MSS)
  • Experience writing Fast Formulas.
  • Strong understanding of AIM/OUM methodologies, processes, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
