Essential Job Functions:

BIP report requirement gathering and coordination
Setup and configuration experience across Oracle Fusion modules
Collecting requirements from business users and coordinating with the technical team
Translating business needs into detailed functional specifications
Solution design & configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
Conducting fit-gap analysis and proposing solutions
Developing and executing test scripts for System Testing and UAT
Providing end-user training and post-implementation support
Creating and maintaining configuration and process documentation
Collaborating with business users and technical teams for smooth project delivery
Staying updated on Oracle features and recommending improvements
Ability to work IST evening hours to overlap with US time zones

Qualifications:

Strong background in Oracle Financials modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, and Cash Management
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and roll-out projects
Proven ability to test customizations and support upgrades
Experience with Oracle Procurement (added advantage)
Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion projects
Experience with 3rd-party integrations with Oracle Fusion
Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant
Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations and upgrades
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
