Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant responsible for
implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The role
involves working closely with business stakeholders to streamline financial processes and
ensure efficient system usage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation & Configuration
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Fixed Assets (FA)
o Cash Management (CM)
o Expenses
Define chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, and business units
2. Business Process Design
Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Financials
Design and optimize finance processes:
o Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
o Order-to-Cash (O2C)
o Record-to-Report (R2R)
3. Data Migration
Perform data migration using:
o FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
o Spreadsheet loaders
Validate migrated financial data and ensure reconciliation
4. Integrations
Work with technical teams to:
o Design integrations with external systems (banks, payroll, etc.)
o Use REST/SOAP APIs
o Support OIC integrations
6. Support & Maintenance
Provide production support and resolve functional issues
Perform period-end and year-end close activities
Conduct impact analysis during upgrades/patches
Required Skills
Functional Skills
Strong experience in:
o GL, AP, AR, FA, CM modules
Good understanding of:
o Accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
o Financial close processes
Technical Awareness (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of:
o SQL
o BI Reports
o Integrations (OIC, APIs)
Experience
8+ years in Oracle Financials (EBS/Fusion)
At least 12 full lifecycle implementations in Fusion Financials
Good to Have
Oracle Fusion Financials certification
Experience in multi-country or global
