Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations in a client-facing environment.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses as required.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), setup documents, and business process flows.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide production support.
  • Manage data migration activities, reconciliations, and financial validations.
  • Deliver client workshops, training sessions, and post-go-live support.
  • Act as the primary functional point of contact for client engagements.
  • Coordinate with client business users, internal technical teams, and Oracle support.
  • Provide solution recommendations aligned with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Support change requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enable and support integrations with Procurement, HCM, Projects, SCM modules, and third-party systems using OIC, REST APIs, or FBDI.
  • Work with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reports Studio.

Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules including AP, AR, and GL.
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials 11i and Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
  • Exposure to Oracle HCM and Oracle SCM modules is an added advantage.
  • Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.

Education:Bachelor's Degree in related field
