Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager - GL & FAHwith deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financialsto lead and manage General Ledger and Subledger Accounting (FAH) operations. The role involves overseeing period close, accounting compliance, reconciliations, and system optimization in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL)and Subledger Accounting (FAH)processes
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Configure and manage FAH rules, accounting setups, and ledger structures
- Partner with AP, AR, FA, and PPM teams to ensure end-to-end accounting accuracy
- Drive audits, statutory compliance, and internal controls
- Identify process improvements and support Fusion enhancements or upgrades
- Act as a functional SME for GL & FAH in Oracle Fusion
Required Skills & Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in Finance / Accounting roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials - GL & FAH
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, close processes, and compliance
- Experience working with large-scale ERP environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
