Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience, including strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations. The candidate should have led multiple Fusion Finance projects, handled global clients, and worked in onsiteoffshore delivery models. This role requires deep functional knowledge across Finance modules, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality Fusion solutions aligned with global delivery standards.

Work Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi

Experience : 8 - 10 Years

Primary Skills:

Experience of at least 8+ years as Oracle Functional Consultant with min 4 years end to end Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation experience is mandatory.

Should have done minimum 3 end to end fusion implementations and 2 support projects.

Should have experience in leading the team.

AR and advance collections are mandatory

Responsibilities:

Ability to communicate with Business users on Business processes is a must.

Troubleshooting skills and experience in Fusion finance project is mandatory.

Should have worked in an onsite-offshore model.

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Should be able to configure the Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on the customer requirements.

Should have good understanding of all the modules in Oracle Fusion Financial.

Ability to capture business requirements and end to end business processes with clients keeping in mind all solutions should be designed for Global Delivery standards.

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work products following industry standards for client acceptance.

Provide techno-functional support, analyze, and make recommendations for improved effectiveness and efficiency.

Note:

Candidate Should implemented 3 projects in fusion finance

Candidate should have client handling experience

Should have excellent communication skill to deal with clients

Candidate must have experience in all modules(AP,AR,GL,CM,FA)
