Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a functional architect for Oracle Fusion Finance in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
  • Partner with global clients to understand business objectives and translate them into Oracle Fusion ERP solutions
  • Lead and contribute to Oracle Fusion Financials implementations with end-to-end functional ownership
  • Stay current with Oracle ERP technologies, quarterly updates, releases, and industry best practices
  • Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Accounting Hub Cloud
  • Provide expert guidance on finance business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report
  • Conduct requirements gathering, solution design workshops, demos, testing cycles, and stakeholder presentations
  • Drive functional discussions with finance stakeholders to identify challenges and recommend best-fit solutions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support Oracle SR resolution and collaborate with Oracle on issue resolution and product updates
  • Perform quarterly patch testing and validate new features in Oracle ERP
  • Work effectively in onsiteoffshore delivery models
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders
  • Contribute to solution architecture, integrations, and reporting strategy
  • Support transformation initiatives within the Financial Services domain where applicable

Job Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experiences
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, FA, and Accounting Hub Cloud
  • Expert knowledge of finance business cycles including O2C, P2P, and R2R
  • Strong functional consulting and solution design experience across Oracle and partner ecosystems
  • Experience working directly with client stakeholders across requirements, design, testing, and deployment phases
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, configuration, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-cultural, onsiteoffshore delivery environment
