We are looking for an experienced Lead Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to manage implementation and support engagements across Oracle Financials (Fusion). The candidate will act as the primary client-facing lead, responsible for requirement discussions, solution design, system configuration, project coordination, and support governance. The role requires strong functional expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage teams while also working as a hands-on individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Financials implementation projects from requirement gathering through go live and stabilization.
• Conduct client workshops, requirement discussions, and fit-gap analysis.
• Design functional solutions and perform configurations for GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management modules.
• Act as the front-facing consultant for all functional discussions and solution sign- offs.
• Prepare and review functional documentation (BR100, MD50, Solution Design Documents).
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and data migration.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT cycles and support production deployment.
Required Skills
• 4-8 years of experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion and/or EBS).
• Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• Proven experience in both implementation and application support environments.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage teams, multiple projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Hands-on approach with capability to work as an individual contributor and functional lead.
Qualifications
• CA / CA Inter / B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
