Working experience of Finance technologies driving through the cloud application implementation Oracle Finance Cloud- Fusion (General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Expense Management, Cash Management (CE)) and Intercompany
Hands on experience to configure the Oracle Finance Fusion Application complying business requirements and manage Post Go Live Support
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with Business and Implementation partners, lead key requirement workshops, document and ability to drive the Solution Driven Approach
Must have experience in conducting Solution Workshop Session, CRPs, UAT Support, System Configuration, TCM documentation etc.
Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices
Should have experience in writing functional specification documents and build validation scripts, business test cases, test scripts and perform end to end testing for development objects.
Should have knowledge of Designing functional specification of custom component and experience in Designing the PaaS Extensions as per business needs
Handling data cleansing exercise for master and transactional data along with reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions as required for Cloud Finance Modules
Understanding of business processes/business flows and the underlying technical architecture especially in case of data inflow from other associated Oracle Modules like PPM etc.
Should have knowledge of Cutover, Data Migration activities
Expert in designing an effective solution approach for Cloud Integration Framework and different methods of 3rd party integrations like POS, Bank H2H and other B2B etc.
Must be able to analyse and propose Process controls, designing responsibility matrix (Role based access controls and standard Cross validation rules) by adopting governance and compliance approach
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in commerce, Advanced Degree like a CA, ACCA, MBA Finance is desirable
8-10 years of Oracle ERP consulting experience with minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Financial implementation.
Preferred Products Industry experience (Public Sector Retail, Real Estate Engineering and Construction, Entertainment, Leasing industry)
