Job Description

Position: Oracle Fusion FAH & GL Functional Consultant

Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Engagement Mode: Full Time

About the role: We are looking for an Oracle Fusion FAH Consultant with 8–10 years of experience, with strong expertise in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) and General Ledger (GL). The role involves designing and configuring accounting flows, managing integrations from source systems into Oracle Fusion, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable financial processing. Candidates with exposure to other Oracle Fusion Financials modules will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
  • Configure accounting rules, mapping sets, and journal processing.
  • Work on General Ledger (GL) including COA, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Design and manage integration of source system transactions into FAH.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and audit compliance.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, and production deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion FAH and GL.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Experience in implementation or support projects.
  • Ability to handle accounting configurations and data mappings.

Good To Have Skills

  • Experience in other Oracle Fusion Financials modules (AP, AR, CM, FA).
  • Exposure to integrations (OIC, APIs, or file-based).
  • Experience with BIP / OTBI reporting.
