Job Summary

As a Fusion ERP Consultant within the Support organization, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving postsales inquiries and supporting functional and technical troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. You will leverage strong knowledge of Finance business processes and reporting (OTBI, Smart View, FRS, BI Publisher) along with SQL/PLSQL skills to diagnose issues, deliver high-quality reporting outputs, and guide customers through escalations. You may also contribute to discovery sessions, estimations, POCs, and solutioning efforts, and be flexible to work from client locations when required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve customer-reported functional and reporting issues across Fusion ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses) with clear root-cause analysis and timely communication.
  • Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot reporting solutions including OTBI, Smart View, FRS, and BI Publisher (BIP) to meet customer and internal requirements.
  • Build and maintain FBDI templates and support data loads by validating data quality, investigating load errors, and ensuring reconciliation with application results.
  • Use SQL/PLSQL to analyze data issues, perform reconciliations, support reporting extracts, and accelerate problem isolation for escalations.
  • Provide guidance to customers on effective usage of Oracle Electronic Support Services document resolution steps and share knowledge to reduce repeat incidents.
  • Lead complex escalations involving cross-functional technical components coordinate with internal teams to drive resolution and maintain customer confidence.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, estimations, POCs, and solutioning activities to support business development and delivery planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through automation or solution fine-tuning, and support team execution to deliver agreed outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory (Must-Have)

  • Graduate with 6.5+ CGPA.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion ERP (Support, Consulting, or Delivery).
  • Hands-on experience in Fusion ERP Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses.
  • Strong experience developing and troubleshooting: OTBI, Smart View, FRS Reports, BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Proven capability with FBDI templates and data load support.
  • Very good working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and reporting technologies.
  • SaaS certification (Oracle Cloud/Fusion-aligned).
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work directly with customers on escalations.
  • Flexibility to work from client location on a need basis.

Good-to-Have (Preferred)

  • Experience leading a small team or driving delivery workstreams (planning, prioritization, stakeholder updates).
  • Exposure to automation, reporting optimization, or reusable assets (templates, scripts, knowledge base articles).
  • Involvement in pre-sales or business development activities (discovery, estimation, solution design, POCs).
  • Familiarity with support best practices (incident triage, RCA documentation, SLAs, stakeholder management).
