Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM professional with extensive implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Pricing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement, and Inventory modules. You will lead the entire project lifecycle, from requirements elicitation to post-production support, focusing on designing and delivering complex custom solutions for high-volume transactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support.
  • Design and deliver complex custom solutions for a highly integrated applications landscape with very high transaction volumes.
  • Gather requirements and design solutions while considering performance testing.
  • Manage and deliver complex integrations with external partners and applications such as E-Commerce Portals, Part Catalogs, trading partners - Suppliers & Customers, and EDI.
  • Drive requirements workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and key design discussion sessions with clients.
  • Lead and manage delivery with offshore teams and third-party application teams.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud BIP reports.

Skills Required:

  • Strong implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Pricing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
  • Proven ability to lead at least two full life cycle implementations with hands-on configuration.
  • Strong experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions for very high transaction volumes.
  • Good experience with performance testing of solutions.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Master data management.
  • Experience in handling integration with external partners/applications (E-Commerce Portals, EDI, etc.).
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and delivery management background.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud BIP reports.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Oracle Certification is preferred.
