Job Description

Engage with business partners to gather requirements and translate functional needs into detailed technical and functional specifications for Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service by tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating problems, troubleshooting, and resolving complex and critical cases.
Take ownership of customer issues, following through on all assignments to ensure complete resolution.
Consult with management in directing the resolution of critical customer situations and escalations.
Provide functional-level support to customers and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
Facilitate knowledge gain and sharing by developing and delivering formal team training sessions.
Create and review knowledge base articles and documentation to support internal and customer use.
Stay updated with Oracle ERP advancements, recommending best practices and continuous process improvements.
Contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented, and knowledge-sharing team environment.
