Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Collaboration Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Supply Chain Planning Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, implement, and configure Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions, and provide ongoing support to optimize production schedules within the cloud environment. Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud/EBS Production Scheduling is a must have skill. Candidates with experience in Process Manufacturing are preferred.
Responsibilities:- Work directly with clients to understand Supply Planning, Production Scheduling needs and business requirements.
- Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud Production Scheduling (OCPS), Supply Planning solutions.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in areas related to production scheduling and manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OCPS with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Order Management).
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud Production Scheduling, Supply Planning features based on client needs.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective usage of the system.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation using Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Lead system enhancements, updates, and optimization initiatives for production scheduling functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud Production Scheduling.
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 8 to 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS supply chain planning.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling processes and their integration within cloud-based systems like Oracle Supply Planning
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud configurations and setups, specifically related to production scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of best practices in Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certifications, particularly in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integration tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Experience in leading Oracle Cloud Production Scheduling implementations for large enterprises.
