Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud modules.
Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, validations, and object workflows.
Work on Service Request Management and Knowledge Management modules.
Manage Contract and Asset Management functionalities.
Implement and support integrations with other systems or applications.
Develop reports using OTBI and support data-driven decision-making.
Utilize Groovy scripting for automation and custom logic.
Conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementations.
