Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion R13 Functional Consultant to lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enhancements. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion R13 functional implementations
- Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business requirements (Finance / SCM / HCM based on expertise)
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and test scripts
- Support data migration, integration testing, and UAT activities
- Work closely with technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions
- Provide post-go-live production support and issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and implementation standards
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams and provide functional guidance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle ERP Functional Consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud R13
- Minimum 34 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations
- Deep functional expertise in one or more modules:
- Finance: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
- SCM: PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM
- HCM: Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence (as applicable)
- Strong experience in UAT, CRP, and user training
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Experience working in onsite / Middle East projects is a plus
