Oracle Functional Consultant

We are looking for experienced Oracle Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SCM, HCM, and Oracle Projects modules along with implementation, configuration, testing, and user training experience.

Candidates with relevant Oracle certifications are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation and support projects for Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS applications.
• Perform hands-on functional configuration across SCM, HCM, and Oracle Projects modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and user training sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Support deployment, rollout, and post-production activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Ensure best practices and quality standards during implementation.

Candidates with one or more of the following certifications are preferred:

• Oracle SCM Cloud Certification
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
• Oracle Fusion Applications Certification
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud transformation projects is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field.
