Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

Oracle HCM Time & Labor

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor modules
• In-depth understanding of Time & Labor business processes, configurations, and data flow
• Design and configure complex Time & Labor requirements in Oracle Cloud
• Write and maintain complex Fast Formulas for Time & Labor
• Strong understanding of Time & Labor and Payroll integration

End-to-End Implementations

• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Active involvement in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live
• Conduct design workshops and create detailed functional design documents and workbooks
