Role: PPM Functional Consultant

Location: Noida
Implementation & Support
- Implement and support Oracle Cloud PPM modules such as:
- Project Financial Management
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project Control
- Lead and conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Perform fit‑gap analysis and propose scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks.
- Configure Oracle PPM modules according to business processes and best practices.
Integration & Technical Collaboration
- Coordinate with technical teams on RICEW components:
- Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows.
- Support integrations between PPM and other modules such as Financials, Procurement.
- Work with FBDI, ADFdi, and integration APIs as needed.
Testing & Deployment
- Develop and execute SIT / UAT test scripts.
- Validate data migration and cutover activities.
- Support Go‑Live and provide Post‑Go‑Live functional support.
Reporting & Workflow
- Build and validate reports using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
- Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows in BPM.
Training & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver functional training and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to end users.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud PPM modules.
- Hands‑on experience in at least two end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
- Expertise in Oracle PPM configurations, project costing, billing, and financial setups.
- Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, approval workflows, and integration points.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and create detailed documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud (Fusion) PPM Certification.
- Experience in on‑premise Oracle EBS Projects and Cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid implementation methodologies.
