Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, production support, enhancements, and optimization initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders.

The consultant will work closely with business teams to deliver effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation including:
• Functional Design Documents (FDD)
• Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Configuration Workbooks
• Perform system configuration, functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Manage change requests, enhancements, and production support activities.
• Provide HR business process consulting and solution recommendations.
• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.

• Oracle Core HR / Global Human Resources

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall HCM domain experience
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional experience
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM best practices
• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and production support
• Strong knowledge of configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Oracle Redwood User Experience
• Exposure to Agentic AI capabilities in Oracle HCM Cloud
