4-8 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Required qualifications
Functional knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes related to Human Capital Management and the ability to map them to Oracle Fusion functionality.
Technical skills: Proficiency with Oracle's technical toolset, including SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, FBDI, and APIs.
Integration expertise: Experience with middleware and integration technologies, particularly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Consulting experience: Proven track record in full lifecycle Oracle implementations, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and support.
