Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementation projects.
- Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Analyze as-is processes and define to-be processes.
- Prepare and review functional design specification documents.
- Design and deliver complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- Configure relevant Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with small and large teams across project lifecycles.
- Provide SME-level guidance in Compensation processes and business scenarios.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
- Strong understanding of Compensation processes and business workflows.
- Proven ability to lead requirement workshops and client discussions.
- Experience working in SME/Lead roles on implementation projects.
