Role Description

The Oracle Financial Functional Consultant role is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Oracle Financial solutions, analyzing business processes, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Additional responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing process improvements, managing cash management and fixed asset processes, and delivering support and training to users.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cash Applications, Collections and Accounts Payable and Vendoe and Customet Management
• Proficiency in Finance and Business Process Optimization
• Excellent Analytical Skills to solve complex financial and operational challenges
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial modules
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in ERP implementation and transformation is highly desirable
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
