Next Ventures is seeking an Offshore Oracle EBS R12 Financials Consultant for a long-term contract role with our client in Europe.

Duration: 12 months + extensions
Description:
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Receivables (AR) and Cash Management, including setup, configuration, transaction processing, period close, and reporting.
- Proven hands-on experience in Customer and Receivables data migration, including data mapping, data cleansing, conversion strategy, mock loads, reconciliation, and cutover support.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including customer master, invoicing, receipts, adjustments, credit management, and bank reconciliation (Supply Chain scope covered separately).
- Experience working on at least one full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation, upgrade, or transformation project.
- Strong experience supporting SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization, including defect resolution and business user coordination.
- Ability to work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data migration and process alignment.
- Good understanding of integrations between AR, Cash Management, GL, and upstream systems.
- Strong documentation skills, including preparation of functional design documents (FDD), migration templates, and reconciliation reports.
