Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Oracle R12 Financial modules, including EBTax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with tax APIs and third-party integrations.

Functional Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of global tax regulations (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax).
• Ability to map business requirements into Oracle EBTax setups.

Certifications

• Oracle Financials Certified Implementation Specialist or relevant Oracle certifications.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities for resolving tax configuration issues.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience with Oracle EBS, with a strong focus on the EBTax module.
• Exposure to multi-country and multi-currency tax setups.
• Prior involvement in end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects.
