Job Description

4+Years of experience in implementation of OracleR12 Finance Modules (AP, AR , GL, FA).
Functional expertise Oracle Apps Module (AP/AR/GL/FA) configuration and flow testing.
Technical Expertise Strong PL/SQL, Development of Conversion Program for Customer, Supplier, Open AR Invoice, Open AP Invoice, GL Balance etc., Integration development.
Must have strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of ERP solutions.
Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and MultiOrg / Mutli Currency experience
Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements
