About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Finance solutions aligned with business and accounting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Finance implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
- Gather and analyze business and finance requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure Oracle Financials modules based on business needs
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
- Conduct CRP sessions, UAT support, and end-user training
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and Oracle best practices
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders including accounting, taxation, and audit teams
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong experience in Oracle Financials Cloud or Oracle EBS Financials
- Hands-on experience in modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Experience in at least 1 to 2 end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Ability to create BRDs, FDDs, and functional documentation
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or MBA (Finance)
- Oracle Financials Certification is an added advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
