EPBCS Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in supporting, maintaining, testing, and developing EPBCS Applications.
- Administer and configure Oracle EPM modules: Financials, Workforce, Projects, and Capital (Multi-Year Planning).
- Build and maintain Dimensions, Data Forms, Business Rules, Task Lists, SmartLists, Menus, and Reports.
- Manage master data integrations for seamless connectivity and automation of data flows.
- Ensure data quality and timeliness for planning and budgeting cycles.
- Monitor Oracle load processes (nightly and ad hoc), validate data, and troubleshoot load issues.
- Work independently with a goal-oriented mindset and contribute in team environments.
FCCS Financial Consolidation and Close
Mid-Level Responsibilities (67 years):
- Create/manage metadata, hierarchies, and ownership data.
- Manage Data Forms and rules; develop FR and Smart View reports.
- Run consolidation processes like Translations, BD refresh, Metadata Validation.
- Handle data loads, mappings, and troubleshooting of errors.
- Perform backups and restores, validate data accuracy at high and detailed levels.
Senior-Level (Good to Have):
- Analyze metadata changes and their impacts.
- Improve application performance and manage substitution variables.
- Implement custom/configurable rules.
- Run/troubleshoot processes in Process Manager.
- Integrate using EPM Automate.
ARCS Account Reconciliation Cloud Service
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of at least 2 ARCS projects including solution design and testing.
- Configure ARCS attributes: Segments, Processes, Risk Ratings, Frequencies, Account Types, Aging Profiles.
- Develop reconciliation formats and profiles.
- Work with both Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
- Use EPM Data Management for integrations.
- Automate data loads and backups using REST APIs and EPM Automate.
DRM Data Relationship Management
Responsibilities:
- Version and hierarchy creation/maintenance.
- Configure property inheritance, derived properties, validations, and action scripts.
- Setup and manage security (Users and Node Access Groups).
- Develop workflows via DRG.
- Design import processes (flat file, database).
- Implement Blender and integration with downstream applications.
- Automate processes using DRM Batch Client.
- Handle metadata/code migration and coordinate with DEV, DBA, and SA teams.
- Install, configure, and maintain DRM servers.
Preferred:
- Experience in implementation or application migration projects.
PCMCS Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and client workshops.
- Understand FP&A processes (Forecasting, Budgeting, Allocations).
- Implement EPCM/PCM profitability solutions and out-of-box modules.
- Define integration from source systems to EPM.
- Develop Groovy business rules for Planning and EPCM.
- Deliver user/admin training and documentation.
