Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Consultant to join our team and support customer success through impactful and innovative solutions. As a consultant, you will be responsible for working on the client projects and supporting their Oracle EPM Planning needs. You will also be responsible for articulating the value of your work to our customers as part of your engagement.
As a consultant at InspireXT, you will play a role in understanding the design laid out by the solution architect and develop solutions that meet clients requirements. You will work closely with the seniors in the team and clients to support the success of Oracle EPM project.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and result oriented individual with a skill set across the following areas:
- Participate in all aspects of consulting, systems analysis, and system development.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications from which the applications will be built and configured.
- Participate in building planning applications, including the build and configuration of business rules and loading data to set up the planning scenarios.
- Advise client on best practices in planning and building planning applications, business rules, data forms, scripts, loading data, etc.
- Prepare training documents and train the business users on Oracle EPM planning applications.
- Provide go-live support.
- Open to travel to client sites for projects within and outside India.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with Oracle ERM Planning solutions.
- Master's degree in commerce or finance or accounting or business administration.
- Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in working with end client for delivering planning and budgeting applications.
- Good understanding of Financial Accounting, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting concepts.
- Should have a technical background with hands-on experience in Hyperion Planning, Essbase cube build using PBCS, and data management to build metadata and data load.
- Good experience in developing the Planning calculation scripts, groovy rules, data management, build metadata, user interfaces, and identity manager.
- Good understanding of EPM Automation Utility, Pipelines, and ASO cubes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer engagement skills.
