Oracle EPM Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS) solutions and partner closely with finance stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Oracle EPM Lead will provide strategic guidance on Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities, best practices, and solution design. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience across planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle EPM implementations across the full lifecycle requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support

Deliver solutions across Oracle EPM modules including FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, and Data Management

Gather and translate business and functional requirements into scalable EPM solutions aligned with business goals

Collaborate closely with finance teams on planning, reporting, and financial analysis

Design and build planning applications, business rules, data integrations, and planning scenarios

Lead testing cycles, user training, and post-go-live support

Define milestones, delivery timelines, and ensure acceptance criteria are met

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of overall IT or consulting experience

12+ years of Oracle EPM experience

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS)

Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management and adapters

Extensive experience across modules: EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, TRCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, DRM

Knowledge of EPM Automate

Scripting experience is a plus (Batch, VBScript, Python, PowerShell)

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or equivalent

At least one active Oracle Cloud certification

6+ years of Financial Planning, Reporting, or Analysis experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
