Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM – AM/Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) along with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, along with hands-on experience in Oracle Finance modules and implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.
- Deliver 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Work on Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Consolidation.
- Configure and support Oracle Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Project Costing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion/EBS systems.
- Provide leadership to project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Handle system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Oracle EPM and Finance domain
- Strong expertise in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Experience in Oracle EBS (preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
- Preferred educational qualifications:
- CA / CMA / CWA / ACCA
- MBA (Finance) / M.Tech
- From a reputed university
