MouriTech is seeking a Oracle EPM Application Analyst that will be is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that EPM applications align with organizational objectives and deliver robust, scalable solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including but not limited to Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, and related modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and implement solutions within the EPM environment.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support for timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Support and participate in EPM system upgrades, patching, testing, and integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, security roles, and procedures.
  • Design and deliver user training, create knowledge base articles, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and best practice adoption within EPM applications.

Technical Qualifications Needed

Work Experience Range :

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite

Mandatory Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of financial processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close.
  • Oracle OTBI
  • Experience with configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting in Oracle EPM.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills

  • Communication : Ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders and manage client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving : Expert analytical skills for root-cause analysis in high-pressure, 24/7
  • Experience with EPM data integrations, scripting (e.g., Groovy, EPM Automate), and report development (FR, Smart View, etc.)
  • Knowledge of integration methodologies and tools (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Project management skills and experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Education

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications

  • Oracle ERP certification(s) preferred
