Oracle EMP Trainer ( EDMCS / EPCM / EPBCS / Hyperion Planning on prem and Cloud)

We are looking for a trainer for all EMP/Hyperion modules - On-prem and Cloud.

Expected is 4hrs a day.

Role Description

This is a contract-based role for an Oracle EMP Trainer specializing in EDMCS, EPCM, EPBCS, and Hyperion Planning (on-premise and Cloud). Located in Hyderabad, the role allows a mix of on-site and remote work. The trainer will deliver comprehensive training sessions, develop tailored training material for participants, and guide them through the implementation, configuration, and management of Oracle EMP solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting student issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Oracle systems.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle EMP applications, including EDMCS, EPCM, EPBCS, and Hyperion Planning (on-premise and Cloud).
• Strong training and presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver comprehensive training materials effectively to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and operational management of Oracle EMP solutions.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle EMP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
• Experience in the IT, Education, or relevant industry sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
