Job Purpose
To lead a team of experienced Oracle EDQ professionals in the development and execution of data quality strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data for business decision making.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Oracle EDQ experts in data quality analysis, cleansing, and management.
- Develop and implement data quality strategies and solutions to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data quality standards and best practices.
- Manage and prioritize project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives.
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of Oracle EDQ platform.
- Conduct regular audits to identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data quality management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle EDQ, providing support and training to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Oracle EDQ certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality.
- Proven experience in leading a team of EDQ professionals.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and train junior team members.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management
