Oracle EBS Technical Lead (CONTRACT)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP EBS R12 Technical Lead to design, develop, and support Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, drive solution architecture, and ensure high-quality delivery of Oracle ERP enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of technical solutions within Oracle EBS R12
- Manage and mentor a team of Oracle technical developers
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain custom components such as:
- Reports (XML Publisher, BI Publisher)
- Interfaces
- Conversions
- Extensions
- Workflows (RICEW components)
- Oversee performance tuning and optimization of PL/SQL and SQL queries
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, Web Services, and middleware
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation
- Support data migration, patching, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12)
- Strong expertise in:
- PL/SQL, SQL
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- XML/BI Publisher
- Oracle Workflow
- Hands-on experience with RICEW components
- Experience with Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Finance, SCM, HRMS, etc.)
- Experience in performance tuning and debugging
- Proven experience in leading technical teams
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
