Oracle EBS Supply Chain purchasing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders to analyze business needs and define solution requirements
• Create collaboration frameworks and lead cross-functional development, business, and IT teams
• Build and manage functional and technical design specifications and data flows
• Develop solution prototypes and implement development controls
• Participate in technology selection processes and manage external vendors
• Lead organizational transition and change management efforts
• Contribute to agile project teams and follow project management methodologies
• Support strategic initiatives and complex projects
• Plan and estimate solution implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Drive innovation and enhance design and delivery practices
• Maintain standards and frameworks for Oracle solutions
• Oversee and ensure successful delivery of solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Applications
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementations, specifically in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 Oracle EBS (R12) implementations in modules like OM, Inventory, WMS, and Planning
• Strong desire to learn and grow with Oracle Fusion applications
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle setups and end-to-end test cycles
• Knowledge of EDI processing and SQL queries is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of Information Security and SOX compliance
