Job Description

  • Implement industry best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules
  • Partner with key team members to analyze business needs and define solution requirements
  • Create a collaboration framework across development, business, and IT teams
  • Build and maintain functional and technical design specifications, including data flows
  • Create solution prototypes and manage solution development controls
  • Participate in technology selection and manage coordination with external vendors
  • Lead transition planning and organizational change management
  • Work within a project management or Agile delivery methodology
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Support solution planning efforts, including estimation of implementations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Drive innovation and promote continuous improvement in design and delivery practices
  • Maintain and support Oracle standards, frameworks, and documentation
  • Provide management and oversight for the delivery of scalable Oracle solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain applications
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementations (preferably Oracle R12) in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules
  • Experience with at least 2 Oracle R12 implementations in modules such as:
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Inventory
  • Warehouse Management (WMS)
  • Demand and Supply Planning
  • Procurement
  • Advanced Pricing
  • BOM
  • Strong desire to learn and grow into Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
  • Solid functional knowledge of module setups, features, and end-to-end test cycles
  • Understanding of EDI processing, basic SQL queries, and technical toolsets is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently using digital tools (email, video, teleconference)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, self-motivated, and able to learn proprietary code quickly
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, maintaining Information Security and SOX compliance
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS
