Job Description :

Provide functional support for Oracle EBS SCM, covering inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and test enhancements.

Liaise with Oracle Support for defect resolution and system-related issues.

Work closely with CABI's business users as a dedicated functional consultant.

Provide initial focus on Supplier Portal, ASN (Advance Shipment Notice), and Warehouse-related activities.

Engage directly with business stakeholders to:

Support day-to-day operational queries and incidents.

Participate in discussions on new initiatives and system enhancements.

Gather and document requirements.

Recommend solution options aligned with business needs.
